Gregg Roberts is President and Principal of CS Commercial Group and co-founder of it's sister company, CitySites Real Estate Group, a full-service residential brokerage that opened its doors in 1997. Under his management, the residential division grew to have four offices around New York City and more than 50 brokers.

In 1999, Mr. Roberts co-founded CS Commercial Group and over saw it's expansion. The firm, which specializes in commercial real estate brokerage in manhattan, has doubled revenues (with the exception of 2002) year after year up to 2008. He was also instrumental in the establishment of a brokerage office in Miami, FL named World Real Estate Exchange which recently merged with SBI Realty.

Mr. Roberts takes an active leadership role in New York City's business community. He was a member of the Board of Directors for the Manhattan Association of Realtors and sits on The Alternative Board's Advisory board. Elsewhere, Mr. Roberts in involved with RainTrust, a not-for-profit environmental organization dedicated to saving the planet from global warming through rainforest preservation.

Mr. Roberts has also held interests in several other businesses. Between 2005 and 2007, he was principal of World Real Estate Exchange in Miami, FL., where he helped structure investment syndicates for high-end hotel condominium residential developments in South Florida. In 1996, he founded the Blue Velvet Boxing Club, an award-winning exclusive boxing gym that catered to celebrities and Wall Street executives in New York City. Mr. Roberts is also an owner in TGG Holding, LLC which owns commercial office suites in Midtown Manhattan.

Mr. Roberts received his Bachelors degree in English from the University of California, Santa Barbara, and is currently in his third year at Harvard Business School's Owner/President Manager program where he will graduate in 2011.

Timothy Ouellette graduated from New York University with a Bachelor of Arts in Business and Finance. Immediately after graduation he entered CitiGroup, New York City. There he worked for the Commercial Real Estate Division within CitiGroup, with one highlight being his involvement in the Trump debt reorganization in 1990.

Beginning in 1992, Tim parlayed his entrepreneurial passion and business discipline into a internationally recognized nightclub and restaurant operation frequented by millions of people throughout the U.S and Canada. His trademark brand of dance clubs, named Polly Esther's and Culture Club, met with such success within the first 10 years of business it grew to 20 locations nationwide and in Canada, $40 million+ in Annual Sales, and 900 employees collectively. During this time, Tim was not only responsible for the creative, organizational and promotional direction of the club, but he was also responsible for all of the Real Estate transactions involving both lease and building acquisitions nationwide.

In 2004, Tim Ouellette was the co-founder of the South Florida Real Estate company World Real Estate Exchange, with an initial focus on bringing prestigious Florida to discerning investors throughout the United States, South America and Europe. This company was sold at its height in just its third year.

In 2007, Tim joined CS Commercial Group as a partner to assist with its NY expansion as well as its operations in Florida and Brazil. His current involvement at CS is primarily with introducing and participating in joint ventures between American and Brazilian companies where they have been instrumental in assisting to overcome the cultural, business and legal challenges to create successful joint ventures within Brazil, South Florida, and NYC.
Tim is also active as a principal investor and landlord, involved in the ownership/management of several buildings in Manhattan, Philadelphia, Miami and Fort Lauderdale.

David Schneck brings over four decades of Manhattan commercial leasing to the team, most recently serving as Senior Vice President for Helmsley Spear. Over the course of his career, he has personally been responsible for over 20 million square feet of leases valued in excess of $20 billion. He served as Executive Managing Director at Grubb & Ellis, where he was consistently honored as a top producer nationwide and twice distinguished as the number one producer in the New York office, Mr. Schneck has also represented tenants from many prominent companies spanning virtually every industry sector.

Most notably have been 200,000 square feet for Empire Blue Cross, 200,000 feet for he United Nations, 40,000 square feet for Mount Sinai Medical Center, and 100,000 square feet for the Screen Actors Guild, to name a few. As a landlord representative, Mr. Schneck has served as a leasing agent for over six million square feet including: 1251 Avenue of the Americas, 747 Third Avenue, 919 Third Avenue, 75 Rockefeller Center, Tower 49 and 5 West 54th Street.

Mr. Schneck earned his Bachelor's degree from the University of Alabama. He is a Senior Member of the Real Estate Board of New York, and contributes his time as an advisor at The Little Red School House and Elisabeth Irwin High School in Greenwich Village. He is a Fifth Degree Black Belt in the World Seido Karate Organization.

Marisa Almeida

Marisa focuses on Tenant and Landlord representation in regards to office leasing in Manhattan. Fluent in Portuguese, she is originally from Sao Paulo. Marissa has a degree in history and studied law, earning a postgraduate degree in real estate from FAAP, a renowned Brazilian institution of higher learning. She then spent 10 years honing her real estate skills at the firms of Lopes Consultoria and Abyara Planejamento, where she was a top producer selling more than an apartment per week. Her clients included Pele, the world-renowned soccer player who became a Minister of Sports.

Here in the US, Marisa worked as a residential broker for Sotheby's International, and eventually began to focus on Commercial Real Estate. She sold the former Atkins building to Alfredo Pedro, owner of Ipanema Restaurant. Subsequently, she decided to focus her attention on finding unique locations for hoteliers, introducing them to investors and joint venture partners for site development.

Fiona Mackenzie

Fiona credits her diverse background for her success as a results-driven real estate professional. A specialist in international business development, she brings together real estate as well as financing opportunities for clients involved in the world of venture capital, hedge funds, real estate investment, and the entertainment industry. Fiona cultivated a number of global relationships while consulting in Holland, Spain, the United Arab Emirates, France, and China.

Born in Hong Kong and raised in California, Fiona received an undergraduate degree in Economics from UC Berkeley. She went on to the Georgetown Graduate School of Foreign Service in Washington, D.C. to earn an M.S. in International Affairs while serving as a White House intern. A dual citizen of the U.S. and the U.K., Fiona is fluent in English and French as well as conversational Spanish.

Brendan focuses on the Midtown Manhattan market, working with a broad range of industry sectors from law firms, financial services firms, tech and media companies, and showroom tenants to architectural firms, recording/video production companies, staffing companies, non-profits and medical users. Prior to joining CS Commercial, he was an equities trader with a division of RBC Capital Markets in Manhattan. He earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from Colgate University.

Over the course of his career, Elliot Rackman has become known for leading some of the most innovative, high profile leasing negotiations in the industry. Most notably, this includes the rehabilitation and leasing of 60 Broad Street, a 1MM square foot office tower in lower Manhattan for Kennedy-Wilson International. He also led the successful lease up of 90 John Street, known as lower Manhattan's first "Plug & Play" incubator building for Joseph Moinian.

Elliot credits his success to 20+ years experience representing both landlords and tenants. His ability to see all sides of a situation facilitates finding equitable solutions to difficult lease negotiations.
Mr. Rackman received his BA degree from Yeshiva University.

Adam has a varied background in office, retail, and land brokerage and development. He began his career in 2004 as a Leasing Representative for Colonial Properties Trust in Birmingham, AL. There, he was responsible for an eight building, 300,000 square foot office portfolio. He later held the position of Land Sales Manager at the Daniel Corporation, where he executed sales of the company's commercial land portfolio consisting of 1,300 CA.

Adam is expert at performing transactions in office, retail and multifamily properties. He received his Bachelors degree from Auburn University. He is a CCIM Candidate in the process of pursuing final designation, and is a member of NAIOP, IPSC, and ULI. Known for always being available to his clients, Adam is valued for his integrity, sense of humor, and dedication to diverse client needs.

Neal joined CS Commercial in 2006, after being recruited from the fashion industry while working for Prada. He has experience in representing retail space for some of the largest landlords in Manhattan. In addition to representation he also consults for property owners from an architectural and retail perspective, maximizing rental income and return on investment. Neal also specializes in exclusive tenant representation for several fashion companies. He handles every aspect of the real estate transaction from site selection and lease negotiation to execution and move-in strategies.

Prior to joining CS Commercial, Neal worked for Prada, Tuleh, Mazda, Ford, Maserati and many other successful companies, focusing on their merchandizing and customer service platforms.

Neal earned a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Minnesota with degrees in Architecture and Design and a minor in Spanish. He spends his free time jogging and is an avid collector of music and art. He is also fluent in Spanish, having studying abroad in Spain, completing his last year of architecture school at the University of Seville.

Michael is a 30-year veteran of real estate leasing and management. He has extensive experience in Japanese business with a diverse portfolio of real estate assets. His deep understanding of the subtleties were honed early; he received a B.S. in Real Estate from New York University's School of Commerce and an M.S. in Urban Planning from Columbia University's School of Architecture. As a William Kinne Fellow at Columbia University, Michael spent two years in Europe studying urban planning issues.

In his current role, Herb oversees all aspects of investment sales, from customer introduction to closing. Prior to joining CS Commercial Group, Herb established himself as a pioneer in the interconnect industry. He successfully completed projects in Telecommunications and founded International Business Phone and Voice Revolution. He was the Treasurer and Founder of Everest Broadband, the second largest in the US with sales exceeding $150 million and 350 major buildings. Herb has also been a partner in several real estate development and construction companies.

Herb holds and Bachelor of Science degree from the New York Institute of Technology and is fluent in German.
